Kurvas · Indonesia
The AI-native operating system for Indonesian contractors, built on Claude.
Kurvas runs a contractor's whole business in one system: tenders, cost estimates (AHSP, RAB, RAP), schedules and S-curves, procurement, field reports, attendance, payroll, and accounting. Asisten Kurvas, an assistant built on Claude by Anthropic, lets owners and staff ask about their own company data, prepare drafts, and approve proposed actions with one click.

The problem
Indonesian contractors running several projects at once still estimate in spreadsheets, report progress through chat groups, and reconcile purchases, costs, and finance by hand in separate departments.
Owners see delays and budget overruns weeks late, after monthly recaps are compiled.
Kurvas puts every step on one data model, so the numbers on the owner's dashboard are the same numbers the site, purchasing, and finance teams work with.
How Asisten Kurvas works
Asisten Kurvas is a chat inside the Kurvas app, running on the Claude API with tool use. It never calculates a second version of the numbers: every figure comes from the same functions the dashboards use.
- 1
Ask in plain Indonesian
Which projects are running late? Is cash enough until month end? Draft a RAB from this bill of quantities.
- 2
Claude picks Kurvas tools
Read-only tools cover projects, estimates, CRM, procurement, inventory, field reports, earned value, cash forecast, finance, tax, and HR aggregates.
- 3
Data is read within the user's permissions
Each answer only uses modules the owner enabled, the user's role, and the projects assigned to them.
- 4
Answers link to documents
Document numbers in an answer open the matching page in Kurvas; the assistant can offer to open a filtered list.
- 5
Drafts and actions wait for a human
The assistant prepares drafts (RAB, RAP, AHS, quotations, leads). Approvals, postings, and sends appear as proposal cards and only run when the user clicks Confirm.
Built for sensitive business data
Tenant isolation
Each company's data is separated at the database level (row-level security), not only in the application.
No personal data to the model
National ID, tax ID, bank accounts, contacts, photos, and GPS never reach the model; HR data is read only as aggregates.
Audit trail
Every tool call, draft, and confirmed action is logged with the user who asked for it.
Off by default
Only the company owner can switch the assistant on. Deleting data, changing access, closing periods, and manual journals are never possible through AI.
Business model
Annual or six-month subscriptions priced by the number of active projects, with unlimited users. Every plan includes Asisten Kurvas tokens; companies top up tokens when they need more, billed separately from the subscription.
